Shipping + Returns

Your orders will be packed and posted on either the day they are placed or the next day (depending on the time of day the order is placed). They are then shipped using overnight shipping however unfortunately this can not be guaranteed and extra time must be added to rural delivery. Once your order has been packed you will receive a notification with a tracking number so you know exactly when to expect it.

Shopping online is hard and we understand that so we are more than happy to refund or exchange items within 14 days of you receiving them. Just contact Penny at info@handshertiage.co.nz.

PRODUCTS

If you are unsure of the sizing please check the size charts on the product pages for the garments measurements. (I recommend taking a garment of the same fabric that you find a great fit and laying it flat to measure and check against our measurements).

Our products are ethically and sustainably made at four manufacturers in China. All of our manufacturers are chosen as they align with H&S valves. 

Our products are sold online and currently shipped within New Zealand and across to Australia and the United Kingdom. Please contact Penny at info@handshertiage.co.nz if you would like shipping to another country.

If you would like to see our products in person we attend the Hanmer Springs Fete, Geraldine Summer Fete, The New Zealand Agricultural Show and Wanaka A&P Show each year.
